uuencode_close

Description:

public size_t uuencode_close (uint8[] @in, ref uint8[] @out, ref uint8[] uubuf, ref uint32[] save)

Uuencodes a chunk of data.

Call this when finished encoding data with uuencode_step to flush off the last little bit.

uubuf	temporary buffer of 60 bytes
save	leftover bits that have not yet been encoded
in	input stream
len	input stream length
out	output stream
state	holds the number of bits that are stored in `save`

the number of bytes encoded
