A folder that supports offline message caching.

OfflineFolder is a Folder subclass that should be used by any folder in an offline-capable (OfflineStore) backend.

It adds two capabilities:

A `sync-offline` persistent property that, when true, causes the backend to automatically keep the folder's messages synchronised for offline access.
downsync — a method that synchronises messages matching a given search expression to local storage so they are available when the network is not.
