Virtual method for saving a timeline to a uri.

Every Formatter subclass needs to implement this method.

Parameters:

formatter	a Formatter
timeline	a Timeline
uri	a char * pointing to a URI
overwrite	true to overwrite file if it exists

Returns:

TRUE if the timeline data was successfully saved to the URI else FALSE.
