set_syncable

Description:

public void set_syncable (bool syncable)

Set if frame starts can be identified.

This is set by default and determines whether seeking based on bitrate averages is possible for a format/stream.

This value is reset during PAUSED->READY state changes. Subclasses must call this function from GstBaseParseClass::start if they want to set a static value.
