set_has_timing_info

Description:

public void set_has_timing_info (bool has_timing)

Set if frames carry timing information which the subclass can (generally) parse and provide.

In particular, intrinsic (rather than estimated) time can be obtained following a seek.

This value is reset during PAUSED->READY state changes. Subclasses must call this function from GstBaseParseClass::start if they want to set a static value.
