The icon size that is preferred by icon monitor/host - this is usually a product of some calculation based on the panel size.
It can be used by the client to size an icon to be saved as a file and its path sent to the host.
If this value is 0 it has not been set, and its value can be unreliable if the host has multiple StatusIconMonitors active.
