Asynchronously obtains a favicon image.
Asynchronously obtains an image of the favicon for the given page URI. If the icon is already in the memory cache, its image data is not read from the database again. The result is always delivered asynchronously.
This is an asynchronous method. When the operation is finished, callback will be invoked. You can then call get_favicon.end to get the result of the operation.
