Description:

public ByteArray hwaddr_atoba (string asc, size_t length)

Parses asc and converts it to binary form in a ByteArray.

See hwaddr_aton if you don't want a ByteArray.

asc	the ASCII representation of a hardware address
length	the expected length in bytes of the result

a new ByteArray, or null if asc couldn't be parsed
