Gets the list of emergency call numbers programmed in the SIM card.

<warning>The returned value is only valid until the property changes so it is only safe to use this function on the thread where this was constructed. Use dup_emergency_numbers if on another thread.</warning>

Returns:

The emergency numbers, or null if none available. Do not free the returned value, it belongs to this.
