Asynchronously responds to a USSD request that is either initiated by the mobile network, or that is awaiting further input after a previous call to initiate.
When the operation is finished, callback will be invoked in the <link linkend="g-main-context-push-thread-default">
thread-default main loop</link> of the thread you are calling this method from. You can then call respond.end
to get the result of the operation.
