On the client-side, this signal is emitted whenever the D-Bus signal <link linkend="gdbus-signal-org-freedesktop-ModemManager1-Modem-ModemCdma.

ActivationStateChanged">"ActivationStateChanged"</link> is received.

On the service-side, this signal can be used with e.g. emit_by_name to make the object emit the D-Bus signal.
