keyval_convert_case

Description:

public void keyval_convert_case (uint symbol, out uint lower, out uint upper)

Obtains the upper- and lower-case versions of the keyval symbol.

Examples of keyvals are KEY_a, KEY_Return , KEY_F1, etc.

symbol	a keyval
lower	return location for lowercase version of `symbol`
upper	return location for uppercase version of `symbol`
