Use Attribute with the RGBA.

This has been a default usage and get_attr_type returns IBUS_ATTR_TYPE_UNDERLINE, IBUS_ATTR_TYPE_FOREGROUND, IBUS_ATTR_TYPE_BACKGROUND.
