Determines the destination item for a given position.

Use [class@Gtk.GridView] instead

this	a `GtkIconView`
drag_x	the position to determine the destination item for
drag_y	the position to determine the destination item for
path	Return location for the path of the item
pos	Return location for the drop position

whether there is an item at the given position.
