Description:

Subtracts the subtrahend from the minuend and sets dest to the result.

dest	a GValue initialized to `GST_TYPE_FRACTION`
minuend	a GValue initialized to `GST_TYPE_FRACTION`
subtrahend	a GValue initialized to `GST_TYPE_FRACTION`

false in case of an error (like integer overflow), true otherwise.
