A callback passed to [method@GLib.
Regex.replace_eval].
It is called for each occurrence of the pattern in the string passed to [method@GLib.Regex.replace_eval], and it should append the
replacement to result.
Use [method@GLib.MatchInfo.get_regex] and [method@GLib.MatchInfo.get_string] if you need the regex object itself, or the matched string.
