DBusMessage.new_method_error] but intended for language bindings.

Parameters:

this	a message of type [enum@Gio.DBusMessageType.METHOD_CALL] to create a reply message to
error_name	a valid D-Bus error name
error_message_format	the D-Bus error message in a `printf()` format
var_args	arguments for `error_message_format`

Returns:

The D-Bus message
