Creation methods:

• public ModuleDB (bool verbose)
  Creates a new ModuleDB instance.

Methods:

• public unowned string get_load_inhibit ()
  Return the SEARCHPATH_SEPARATOR delimited list of module filenames which are excluded from auto-loading.
• public bool get_verbose ()
  Returns the 'verbose' setting of this .
• public void load (string module_path)
  Scans the directories contained in module_path and creates a Module instance for every loadable module contained in the directories.
• public void refresh (string module_path)
  Does the same as load , plus removes all Module instances whose modules have been deleted from disk.
• public void set_load_inhibit (string load_inhibit)
  Sets the load_inhibit flag for all Module's which are kept by this (using gimp_module_set_load_inhibit).
• public void set_verbose (bool verbose)
  Sets the 'verbose' setting of this.
