create_commit_buffer

Create a commit as with git_commit_create but instead of writing it to the objectdb, write the contents of the object into a buffer.

this	a Repository.
author	author signature.
committer	committer signature (and time of commit).
message_encoding	message encoding.
message	commit message.
tree	the tree of objects to commit.
parents	parent commits.
parent_count	number of parent commits in `parents`.

the commit object content or null in case of an error.
